Now in its 4th year, the solar finance event was well attended by major asset owners, asset managers and suppliers active in the European solar PV market.
BayWa r.e. was represented by a team of experts led by Tobias Bittkau, Global Head of Operation Services, BayWa r.e. and Tess Sundelin, Managing Director, BayWa r.e. UK Operation Services.
Tobias spoke to the“Asset management: dealing with increasingly complicated portfolios” panel, together with other industry experts. He offered his views and shared his substantial sector expertise on how best to balance a diversified portfolio across countries and technologies whilst optimising low-performing assets.
In her session, entitled “O&M Landscape”, Tess discussed current trends in the competitive UK O&M market. She offered valuable insight into the drivers and effects of ongoing asset side and supplier side market consolidation, and how O&M services are evolving in the UK market and beyond.
